Date: February 19, 2026
Bodyweight: 254.4
Energy: Very tired
Mood toward treadmill: Strongly opposed

This was one of those days where everything felt heavier than it should have.

Energy was low from the start. Not sore. Not injured. Just tired.

I did not want to do the treadmill.

I did it anyway.

Lifting

Lat Pulldown
120 x 5
120 x 5
100 x 10
100 x 10
100 x 10

Started heavier, then backed off for volume. The first two sets felt fine. Fatigue showed up quickly after that.

Iso-Lateral Row Machine
122 x 12
122 x 12
122 x 10
122 x 10
122 x 10

Controlled reps. No ego here. Just steady pulling.

Cable Row
120 x 5
120 x 5
100 x 12
100 x 12
100 x 12

Grip and mid-back felt it. Still finished everything without dropping the structure.

Total lifting cardio load: 32.

Higher than the previous sessions. Probably reflects how tired I felt more than anything else.

Treadmill

Same structure as the previous two days.

3.0 MPH for 25 minutes.
0.0 incline, building up by 0.5 each minute to 6.0.
Stepping back down and holding at 4.0 until minute 25.

Cooldown:

0.0 incline.
Started at 3.5 MPH.
Dropped 0.1 MPH each minute.
Finished at 3.1.
Total time: 30 minutes.

Treadmill cardio load: 55.

It felt like 155.

But it got done.

Back Notes

I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow for some annoying mid-back pain.

Not sharp. Not alarming. Just irritating.

Could be how I am sleeping. Could be the treadmill. Could be my office chair. Could be the fact that I am not 25 anymore.

It just feels like something that needs adjustment.

I will see what the chiropractor says.

Observations

Bodyweight down slightly to 254.4.

Energy low. Motivation low.

Discipline showed up anyway.

Not every session is strong. Some are just stubborn.

Today was stubborn.
