Date: February 18, 2026
Bodyweight: 255
Energy: Tired, but better than last session
Elbow: Not bad
Energy was still on the low side, but noticeably better than the previous day. The elbow behaved. That alone changes how a session feels.
This was an incline-heavy day.
Lifting
Incline Dumbbell Press
40s x 20
40s x 16
40s x 16
40s x 13
40s x 13
Higher reps across the board. These sets burned more than they looked on paper. Endurance is clearly improving faster than max strength right now.
Incline Dumbbell Flye
30s x 12 x 5 sets
Kept it consistent. No increase in weight. No chasing numbers. Just volume. The elbow felt stable through these, which is encouraging.
Iso-Lateral Bench Press Machine
77 x 8
77 x 8
77 x 8
77 x 8
77 x 9
The weight was intentionally lighter here. I was already gassed from the incline work. Instead of pushing load, I focused on controlled reps and finishing strong.
Total lifting cardio load: 27.
Slightly higher than the previous pull day.
Treadmill
Same structure as last session.
3.0 MPH for 25 minutes.
Incline increased by 0.5 each minute up to 6.0.
Then stepped back down and held at 4.0 until minute 25.
Cooldown:
0.0 incline.
Started at 3.5 MPH.
Dropped 0.1 MPH per minute to finish at 3.1.
Total time: 30 minutes.
Treadmill cardio load: 50.
Cardio once again did most of the work.
Observations
Bodyweight steady at 255.
Energy was slightly better. Elbow noticeably better.
The incline volume felt productive. Not explosive. Not flashy. Just work.
Strength is not max effort right now. It is controlled rebuilding.
And right now, that is enough.
